About the Role
Join EM Alliance in Southern California!
EM Alliance is actively recruiting Physician Assistants for two hospital-based Emergency Departments in Southern California: Inland Valley Hospital and Rancho Springs Hospital. Be part of a collaborative team focused on high-quality emergency care and community partnerships. This is a full-time W2 position with full benefits and a competitive base plus bonus compensation structure.
Inland Valley Hospital and Rancho Springs Hospital:
- ~50,000 Annual ED Visits per site
- 3 PA shifts per day at each site
Schedule:
- 10-hour shifts
- Recruiting for a blend of Night Shift (6pm-4am) and Mid Shift (1pm-midnight)
Scope of Practice:
- PAs see all patient types with the following exclusions: trauma activations, code strokes, pregnant patients over 20 weeks, and SART patients.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base plus bonus. Current APPs at these sites are earning an all-in rate of $94-116 per hour
- W2 employment with full benefits
Experience:
- Urgent care or ER experience will be considered
About the Facility
Inland Valley Hospital in Wildomar, California, is an accredited acute care facility and Southwest Riverside County's only trauma center, providing emergency medicine, trauma surgery, intensive care, diagnostic imaging, spine and joint services, and rehabilitation. The hospital recently opened a new seven-story patient tower, expanding its capacity from 120 to 202 licensed acute care beds and adding modern private patient rooms and advanced clinical technology.
Rancho Springs Hospital in Murrieta, California, is a 120-bed acute care facility offering around-the-clock emergency services, the area's only OB/Emergency Department program, and the region's only Pediatric Emergency Services department. Its Family Birth Center includes the region's only NICU, operated by Rady Children's.
Both hospitals are part of Southwest Healthcare, a network of acute care facilities operated by a subsidiary of Universal Health Services (UHS), and are accredited by the Joint Commission. Both have also been recognized by the American Heart Association's Get With The Guidelines Stroke Gold Plus program for their commitment to high-quality stroke care, and are staffed as part of a broader Southwest Healthcare network of more than 7,000 care providers across the region.
